Father's Day Camping

We went to Soap Stone for a camping trip on Father’s Day with my family. We had a difficult time getting in because of the depth of snow. Unfortunately, Ryan’s 4-wheel drive wasn’t working so we spent some time digging him out. Zeus managed to lock himself in Dad’s truck by stepping on the lock button while Dad was out walking around. The keys were locked inside so Dad called for some back up. When Beau left the camp to go and offer him some help, he ran over our camping BBQ and left it with a HUGE dent. Anyway, they creatively coaxed Zeus into unlocking the truck by teasing him at the window until he pressed the unlock button.
Another highlight was the dry ice bombs the guys decided to make. Uncle Fred brought up ice cream in dry ice, so they decided to not let the commodity go to waste. I think they were much louder than we expected.
We were teased into believing that Ryan and Kamie were expecting a girl, but later found out that a boy is on the way and due in the end of October. (The best time to be born, in my opinion)
We had a great time and enjoyed continuing on this family tradition.

FUN! I love camping, although we haven't attempted it since Finn joined us. I am laughing so hard that Zeus locked himself in the car, Hilarious.
