Look What I Did

That's right, I finally finished making a quilt! I've made a few quilts in the past, but it took tons of motivation from my Mother and help with almost every step. This quilt was still a learning experience, but one that I loved. As you can see, it's a little out of season, but will be all ready to go for Christmas 2009 once it's been quilted! Yahoo! As most of you know I have never been much on the crafty side of things, however, I really enjoyed making this quilt and am even excited to start another project, or two... or three.

So kudos to all of you out there that put so much time and work into making something. I now have an even greater appreciation for all of it.

Good job!! I haven't wanted to make a quilt, but don't know if I have the patience for it. I don't think that a lap quilt would be all that hard, but who knows! :)

Woot Woot!!! Well done friend. And it didn't take you 4 years like it took me with my watermelon quilt.
