Yesterday was such an interesting day. Beau and I have been cleaning EVERYTHING; so before heading to work I grabbed a stack of old papers to sort through and then dump in the shredder. You will never believe what I found. It was so crazy to go through most of that stuff, but I did find one item in-particular that screams NERD like nothing else. I found the birth certificates for my Cabbage Patch Doll. Can you believe that? Why would I save those, you ask? I have no idea. They were neatly tucked between some birthday cards that I had saved from years past. (Not my style because I hate packing stuff like that around, but there it was.) I was totally laughing though because I remember getting that doll (around age 6) and thinking that they name they gave her was really lame, so I never used it. ☺
Since Beau has class on Tuesday nights, I headed home to find something for dinner. To revel in returning to age 6, I ended up eating Macaroni & Cheese (not something you would typically find me eating). It's nice to know that I've graduated to eating the entire box though, instead of my small bowl full. The best part-I washed it down "with a tall cool...." Capri Sun. Good times!

HAHAHA! I still have mine too!!! We used to LOVE playing Cabbage Patch Dolls! Remember when we made mac n' cheese at Tami's and we spilled it EVERYWHERE!? That was so funny!!!
I love it!! If it makes you feel better Mac and Cheese is one of my favorites!!! I've become accustomed to easy mac now. As for the cabbage patches, I have all my dolls, but no birth certificate, I NEVER saved those. The best is you can tell Nicki and my dolls apart. Hers are still kept all nice and mine are. well, to nicely put it, used and the strings across the knees have all broken off so they have chubby legs hahahaha! I remember your "nicholas" CPK, I ALWAYS wanted to play with him.
