Gettin' Hitched

I proposed to Janessa on December 15. I'd been planning to do this for a couple of months. I bought the ring without her knowing about it and even asked Dale if I could marry her before "The Big Day."
The day came and I was so nervous I couldn't eat anything. I had told Janessa that I had a surprise date planned for her, and for her to dress warm. I took her on a helicopter ride over the Salt Lake Valley. It was beautiful. The valley was covered in lights for Christmas. I waited for the helicopter to hover right above Temple Square and turned to her and asked her to marry me. She couldn't hear what I said, so I had to tell her again. LOL
Two months later, we're well on our way to the next "BIG Day."
