What is it about those blasted Girl Scouts that we all love? COOKIES!!!! 
I think it's getting pretty pathetic that the Girl Scout troops even sell cookies from booths they set up in front of supermarkets on Saturdays. (Who can resist ordering perfect cookies from cute little girls "raising money for summer camp"?) And even though I've already ordered 5, 6, (you get the idea)boxes, I can't help but pick up a few more in case we run out. (Could this be considered food storage?)These bizarre thoughts of how to hide the cookies from myself run through my head and I'm unsure of how this looks(especially to Beau, since I'm a stickler for "stop buying so much junk, we never eat it"). SO, as I prepare to add to my yearly contribution I have to think quickly of what to say so that I don't ramble out something like,"Gimme all your Samoas, and do it now!" as I empty my wallet. Inevitably (and knowing my luck) the grocery store manager would step around the corner and firmly say, "Ma'am, you need to step away from the cookie table."
So why the mad obsession with cookies? I have no idea. It's almost as if those innocent little Girl Scouts have a conspiracy on selling cookies and drug trafficking. I would swear the Samoas are laced with cocaine, or something,and what's worse, they only come with maybe 5 cookies in the box. SO, when I eat the whole box (which happens often) I just remind myself that it was only a few cookies to begin with, and thus the added 5 pounds to my waistline must be attributed from something else. 
And another thing..., they now make it in ice cream flavors! Who can resist the delectable art of perfect ice cream? NO ONE. That's right, perfect ingredients whipped into creamy goodness is almost like having a heaven on earth!
So, if you happen to be at Smith's tomorrow (I know you're all going to see if the Girl Scouts are selling cookies out front)make sure to wave hello!

Where did you find cookies? I just one box of those lovely wonderful tasty samoas (if i buy more than one box my stomach will expand more than it should lol). I want them and i want them now!!!
Damn those Samoas. They are the best thing EVER. This pregnant woman can eat a whole box alone. The thin mints don't have a chance next to my beloved Samoas. Best things EVER!
Oh i LOVE the Samoas!!! No one can resist their delectable goodness! Nick and I just bought 2 boxes yesterday! and I was even thinking about blogging about them. LOL!
I completely agree - girl scout cookies are super addictive. Mmmmm, just thinking about them I'm glad I don't have any in the house or I'd be in trouble!
Curse the Girl Scout Cookies and their deliciousness!! How can you say now to a clad of cute girls asking if you would like to buy a box. Now I have the It's Cookie Time song off Troop Beverly Hills stuck in my head.
