Last weekend Beau and I undertook a new adventure by learning how to 'can'. Oh yeah, I'm talking about the forgotten art of canning. You know the stuff that Grandma used to spend hours laboring over? Well... come to find out it's fairly easy. Time consuming, but not difficult. We spent several hours canning these pickles that Beau adores, and now that I've had a little experience, I'm RRRRaring to get a jump start on doing anything else that comes my way. Why not enjoy the fresh produce that we love so much all year round? It's cheaper, healthier and much more appetizing.

I love canning also. I am looking forward to the money that will help me buy produce so I can bottle more fruits! :)
