Day 15- BaseBall

Not a great picture, but we forgot our camera. So it's a cell phone picture! Cheese!

We love going to baseball games... And when I say WE, I mean BEAU. I prefer to absorb some sun and eat a combination of pretzel bites with cheese and churros, followed with a healthy dose of heartburn. Beau on the other hand usually sticks to Cotton Candy alone!. YUM! The game itself is pretty fun as long as something is actually happening. We've been lucky this year to go to several games where there was actually some competition, so we've had a great time. Otherwise we resort to the following;

People watching. This includes lots of things, but a few mentionable items...
1. Who can find the first mullet... We know it's out there, we just have to find it.
2. The guy wearing a tank top from the 80's and Teva's. Yes... you all know the one.
3. The guy carrying 2 hotdogs, 2 drinks, and a variety of treats. We know he's not going to make it to his seat with everything, and we're just betting on what will fall first.

Commentators...
No, I'm not referring to the professional ones, but the guys (it's always been men) who insist on telling everyone around them what just happened, even though we're all watching the same game. At Monday's game we were finding a particular interest in the family sitting behind us that didn't know the 'lingo' to baseball. The Dad kept yelling things like, "Out of bounds! Out of bounds!" It' called a foul ball...

No wonder Baseball is the all American game!

uh-oh.. you must have been sitting next to my dad with the giving you the play by play. You know me and people watching.. I couldn't agree more to that! I am usually the one that doesn't know the lingo and will say awesome touchdown on a foul ball.
